Start with the compact course for Employees in Family Care – Nursing Assistant plus: In just a few weeks, employees will learn the most important basics to professionally and empathetically support people in their daily lives. The focus is on topics crucial for the job, such as personal hygiene, mobilization, nutrition, communication, and respectful interaction in everyday life.

A special component is transfer coaching: Together with your organization and the education provider, you will receive direct support in the practical environment. This way, you immediately connect what you've learned with your daily work, receive feedback and support, and strengthen your practical skills step by step.

Upon completion, you will receive a recognized certificate and be optimally prepared to take on responsibility in family care – whether in a family setting or as an employed staff member, for example, at a home care service. No prior knowledge is required – only your commitment counts!
