This course is the first part of a three-part series on Workplace Health Management & Corporate Vitality. The target audience includes HR managers, human resources managers, workplace health managers, and consultants.  Starting from a classic in workplace health promotion, the "health day", the conceptual weakness of such individual measures is highlighted with reference to the BGM DIN SPEC 91020. Only by considering an expanded concept of health (salutogenesis) can, for example, a "heart day" with blood pressure and heart rate variability/HRV measurements be developed into a sustainable component of a systematic BGM concept.
