Together, we will learn the fundamentals of appreciative communication, a recovery-oriented attitude, and empowerment – how to strengthen others to experience more self-efficacy and hope again.
The course is designed to be accessible and co-productive – you don't need any prior knowledge, other than your own experience of distress, as well as interest and openness to engage with your experiences and exchange ideas with others.
