Course Information

What content can I expect?

We take over the complete practical supervision, organisation, and quality assurance for your HF/FH students directly in your company - individually adapted, legally compliant, and efficient. As the lead company of the training network, we assume all relevant tasks according to the Vocational Training Act, including:
Training Planning and Quality Assurance:
• Planning and structuring of practical assignments in coordination with educational institutions and curriculum requirements
• Formulation of individual training assignments per placement
• Ensuring learning objective checks, practical supervision, progress reviews, and assessments
• Advising and guiding learners throughout the entire placement
Coordination and Administration:
• Communication with education providers, schools, and authorities
• Legally compliant implementation of employment and training conditions (incl. performance agreement)
• On request: Recruitment, payroll administration, certificate issuance, supervision, and parent contact
On-site Specialist (external practical supervision):
• Our trained practical supervisors, nursing experts, and specialist lecturers provide structured guidance to learners within the company
• Deployment as needed (e.g., weekly, for progress reviews, documentation coaching, reflection sessions)

• The basis is our service agreement according to the composite model (see sample document)
• Cooperation takes place in close consultation with your management and the training institutions
